Skyline - Arley R. Reed, Sr., 59, died Friday, December 31, 2010, at The North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born July 30, 1951 to James and Helen Reed. He was a member of Pentescostal Covention Center in Guntown. He loved fishing and children and devoted his life to his family.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 3, 2011 at The Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues. Burial will be in Andrews Chapel Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Reed of Skyline; one son, Arley R. Reed, Jr. of Skyline; two daughters, Mary and Renee; three stepchildren, Joe Smith of Kentucky, Diane Taft of Tennessee and Laura Rives of California; five sisters; three brothers; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother.
Pallbearers will be Rocky Reed, Dusty Reed, Bill Hood, Bobby cockrell, Mitchell Dickerson, Billy Reed, Michael Portillo and Joshua Reed.
Visitation will be 4 - 8 p.m. Sunday, January 2, 2011 at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be left at www.peguesfuneralhome.com
