Anzie Mozelle Lea Chesterville- Anzie Mozelle "Moze" Lea, 85, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at her home in the Chesterville Community of Pontotoc County. She was surrounded by her family and friends. Moze was born December 23, 1928 to Melvin Lenard Bobo and Mary Lucille Duke. After the death of her father at an early age, she was raised by her mother and step-father, Raymond Holcomb. As the mother of eight children, she delighted in spending time with all of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her smile was contagious as was her playful disposition. She was talented in that she always had a handiwork project going. She was generous beyond her ability and opened her home to all who had a need. A dedicated member of the Chesterville Baptist Church, she loved the Lord with all her heart. She especially loved her Sunday school class which she spoke of often. Services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday July 19, 2014, at Chesterville Baptist Church with Rev. Sammy Coker officiating. Graveside services to follow at Chesterville Cemetery. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., Saturday July 19, 2014, at Chesterville Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mary Jane Farley (Jim) of Winston, OR, Teresa Lynne Copeland (Randy) of Belden; three sons, Rocky Lane Lea (Tina) of Anchorage, AK, Donald Ray Lea of Salem, OR and Eugene Ray Lea, Jr. (Rhonda) of Belden and a host of grandchildren; as well as, many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her eldest son, Tommy Wayne Fields; two daughters, Sandy Dale Ennis and Rebecca Angeline Lea; her father; her mother and step-father; her husband, Eugene Ray; two sisters, Sara Jane Caldwell and Lora Faye Burleson and one brother, Melvin Buddy Bobo. Pallbearers will be her great-grandson, Vince Ennis; grandsons, Daniel Ennis, Steven Ennis, Randy Copeland, Jr., Todd Miles and Orlando Copeland.
