ANTHONY W. “ANDY” STEWARD   Tupelo - Anthony W. “Andy” Steward, 54, died Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at Sanctuary Hospice House after an extended illness. Born May 15, 1961, in Pontotoc, he was the son of J. P. and Gladys Mize Steward. He was raised in Tupelo, was a 1979 graduate of Tupelo High School, and also received an associates degree in Criminal Justice from Itawamba Cummunity College. While attending ICC and living in Fulton, he worked with the Fulton Police Department. After graduation, he begin working with the National Park Service, assigned to the Natchez Trace Parkway. Later, he was transfererred to Page, Arizona where he worked as a communications specialist at Glen Canyon National Recreational Area until retiring in 2001. Andy was a history buff and stayed busy with numerous Civil War battle reenactments and had worked as an extra in the mini-series,” North and South”. While working on the set of North and South, he received a stunt patch from the filming crew for his performance. Andy worked as lead security officer for Albuquerque Studios where "Breaking Bad", "Avengers", "Terminator Genisys" and “Lone Ranger" were filmed. While there, he developed close working relationships with numerous film and TV stars. He was currently residing in Vicksburg and was a member of Grace Primitive Baptist Church in Pearl.   Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the Jefferson Street Chapel with Elder Tommy Bouchillon and Elder David Pyles officiating. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery near Randolph.   Survivors include his wife, Yvonne Steward of Vicksburg; one son, Christopher Jason Hall (Kammi) of Pheonix, Ariz.; two daughters, Brandy Knotts (Clint) of Albuquerque, N.M. and Nikkie Hall of Vicksburg; grandchildren, Mayloni, Makayla, Kiana, Cameron and Kaylynn Hall; a sister, Kathrine Fooshee (Jimmy Dale); a nephew, J.J. Fooshee and a niece, Angela Kaye Nanny.   He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Donny Keith Steward and infant sister, Sandra Ann Steward.   Visitation will be 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, January 15, 2016, at W. E.
