Annie M. McKinney

ANNIE M. MCKINNEY Tupelo - Annie M. McKinney, 97, passed away Monday, August 11, 2014, at The Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born in Sturgis, MS, August 3, 1917 to Lonnie and Elma Hamill Green. In March of 1939, she married Thomas McKinney. She was a member St. Marks United Methodist Church. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, August 16, 2014 at St. Mark United Methodist Church with Rev. Don McCain officiating. Graveside services will follow at Lee Memorial Park. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include two sons, Tom McKinney and his wife Dolores of Roswell, NM and Jim McKinney and his wife Tomoko of Vancouver, WA; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband. Visitation will be 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Friday, August 15, 2014 at W. E. Pegues, Tupelo.
