Annie E. Freeman
SHERMAN - Annie E. Freeman, 69, died Friday, Jan. 12, 2007, at the North Miss. Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born and raised in New Albany, the daughter of the late George Marshall and Lela Hogue Fair. She was a longtime resident of West Helena, Ark., and had resided in Sherman for the past 10 years. She loved going to rummage sales with family and friend and spending time with her family. She was a Baptist.
Private services will be held at a later date. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include four daughters, Debbie Rutledge (James) of Grenada, Tammy Ramey (Curtis) of Saltillo, Robin Mallard (Terry) of West Helena, and Bridgette Clayton (Randy) of Tupelo; one son, Ronnie Freeman (Angela) of Tupelo; three sisters, Jean, Emily and Joyce; four brothers, Steve, Lindsey, Paul and Lee; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Malcolm.
